We’re confident you’ll love your Dreamie. But if things don’t work out, we’ve got you covered.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. To qualify for a full refund, Dreamie must be returned in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and materials.
Email us at support@helloambient.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for eligible orders.
Return shipping is free within the United States. If your Dreamie arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Customers in Canada, the UK, and the EU may return Dreamie within 30 days of delivery. International customers are responsible for return shipping, including duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Please pack Dreamie securely in its original box and use a trackable shipping method. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
